Where's John McEnroe?
Last Sunday, the Low household was witness to one of the greatest ROOK games of all time. It was Luke and Clarke vs. Amy and Laurie - and it was intense. Winning alternate rounds until tied at exactly 500 points, it became a matter of Sudden Death. The team to win the last round would take it all.
Every one was playing at the top of their game for the last round. And everyone was anxious - we were sweating bullets despite the central air conditioning, our heart rates were up, our breathing more rapid.
The girls won!
After the game, Clarke exclaimed "Where's John McEnroe when you need a hug?"
If you saw the interview after the men's Wimbledon final, you'll get that reference.

It reminds me of the time when Grandy and I played against Wendie and Grandma. The score after round 1 - 200 to 0.
